For contractors, designers and property managers

We print wallcovering in Chicago on our own wide-format equipment, so there is no broker between your drawing set and the press. Send elevations, get a per-wall number, and schedule the install around your trades rather than around ours.

Who this is for

General contractors, interior designers, architects specifying finishes, franchise operators rolling out multiple locations, property managers refreshing common areas, and sign shops who need wallcovering they cannot print themselves.

Trade pricing

Discounts start at 500 square feet in a single order and step again at 2,000. Multi-site rollouts are priced on total programme volume, not per store, so location twelve costs what location one costs.

Specification

Our commercial substrate is a 20 oz Type II scrubbable vinyl wallcovering with a Class A flame spread rating, which is what most commercial interior specs call for. It takes a bleach-solution clean, which matters in clinics and kitchens, and carries a 10-year interior warranty. Ask and we will send the substrate data sheet and fire certificate for your submittal package.

Paperwork

Certificate of insurance naming your entity as additional insured, W-9, and conditional and unconditional lien waivers on request. We invoice net 30 on approved trade accounts, or deposit-and-balance for first projects.

How a commercial job runs

  1. Send the drawing set or the elevations. PDF is fine. We take wall areas off it ourselves rather than asking you to measure — that is our job, not yours.
  2. We come back with a per-wall schedule. Each wall listed with its area, substrate, artwork and price, so you can move line items in and out of scope without re-quoting the whole job.
  3. Artwork and proofing. Your artwork, your client's brand assets, or a design from our library. Scaled proofs per wall, with seam positions marked, before anything prints.
  4. Print and stage. Panels labelled per wall and per room, so nothing gets opened on the wrong floor.
  5. Install around you. Nights, weekends, or phased by area. Occupied spaces stay open.
Sequencing note worth having early. Wallcovering goes on after paint has cured and after dusty trades are finished, but before final flooring and fixtures. Tell us your paint completion date, not your handover date — that is the constraint that actually drives our schedule.

What we need to quote

  • Elevations or wall dimensions
  • Substrate required, if the spec names one
  • Artwork, or a brief if you want us to source it
  • Site address and access hours
  • Target date for wallcovering, and the paint completion date
